The Team at Perry’s went far beyond expectations in resolving a long standing problem regarding a vehicle purchased from Marshall’s Peugeot Canterbury. A month after purchasing the vehicle Marshall’s informed me that they were closing - and that all warranties etc would be fulfilled by Marshall’s Medway and Marshall’s Gatwick. After booking in for warranty repair at Marshall’s Medway - they informed me that they were closing as well. Phoning Marshalls Head Office at Milton Keynes - I was informed Marshalls have no relationship with Peugeot Stellantis. In essence, I was stuck with a new electric car - that could not be charged up at home. After many months, Perry’s took on the Peugeot franchise - and took ownership of the issue. Through the negotiations by Graham Knell, Peugeot agreed to replace the vehicle. I cannot thank Perrys enough for taking on this challenge and resolving an issue that had been causing us stress and worry for a year. Thank you Perry’s for all that you did in facilitating a most satisfactory resolution to an intractable problem.
